Our stay at voco Osaka was fantastic. We truly enjoyed our short time in the city, and the hotel played a big part in making the experience so memorable.We stayed for a couple of days primarily to visit Universal Studios, and honestly, we couldn’t have chosen a better hotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and spacious, which made our stay extremely comfortable. Travelling with two young boys, we booked two rooms, giving us both space and privacy — and allowing the boys to enjoy some quality time of their own.The rooms had all the essentials, and as you’d expect from an IHG property, the amenities were of a consistently high standard. The hotel’s location was another highlight: just a 3-minute walk to the subway and around a 15-minute taxi ride to Osaka Station, making it very convenient for getting around.We also really appreciated the early check-in gesture. Arriving around 10am, it was incredibly helpful to store our bags, freshen up, and start exploring the city right away — making the most of our first day.Highly recommended for families and anyone visiting Osaka.

Think the overall experience was nice. Breakfast was good and the rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and accomodating.

Expand gym room some more and add some other equipment/machine.

Having stayed in both international and local chains in Japan, this is the only hotel for which the staff does not greet the guests at all. The check in counter is literally less than 3metres from the entrance and in the dozen times I have entered and exited the hotel, at no time did any of the staff welcome /nod/acknowledge me. Very unwelcoming vibe. Location is not great for tourists, will advise you to pick other hotels along the midosuji line.

The hotel was OK but the room was super noisy... it seems like they don't have double glass on the windows and are just over a super busy street - could hear cars coming and going, and I live in the center of a busy city so it's not like I'm used to the quiet

Great staff, great location close to two major subway stops. Spacious rooms, very clean.

We were a little disappointed at breakfast because the food is not labeled for ingredients, we have to avoid non-halal meat and alcohol and we had to ask someone to go through every dish and tell us if we could eat it. Other hotels we have stayed at have small labels on every item making the choices easier.

A perfect location - still central but far from the touristy and congested Namba. Excellent connections with many metro options. The room is spacious and the comfort, design and the overall feel are very Voco, and exceptional. Big room sizes, large bathroom and an overall great experience.

The breakfast is a bit pricey.

Clean and well-designed room. Bed and bathroom were comfortable. Very good breakfast. Convenience to the location of Osaka Expo Center (only one subway transfer but requires to walk inside the subway paths to get to the Chuo line).

There was noise of motorcycle passing midnight. It was not restful. But Osaka is a big city, so this could happen.

Excellent: Location - close to Metro. Staff - genuine, friendly, helpful. Accommodations - Clean and comfortable. The bathroom is great for travelers, including the wet room shower and tub set up and smart toilet.We purchased the breakfast w our room. It was excellent! Wide variety in the buffet and the option to order custom eggs.

Breakfast was adequate, albeit that due to the limited surface area of the building choice was not abundant. The gym was there, but nothing much to write home about.
